Educational Service Agreement program, or ESA, was a significant part of my previous company's offering devised with the breakout of a remote healthcare sub brand.

Creating all assets (including illustrations and iconography), devising layout, content creation (including subject line and preheader generation), and building emails in Salesforce was what I provided. I managed the creation of tracking links, sends, and analytics.

Leading A/B testing and strategically pushing marketing email design and implementation yielded YoY growth in CTR and CTA clicks in 2024.
